Day 31 and, to break with tradition as todays route was boring, heres where Im going tomorrow :-) Ive been run commuting for all of December, without GPS so no real feel for whether Ive been getting any quicker. Zipped along (with a full rucksack) at 7min miles this morning, so very happy with that. Looking forward to lighter mornings, and a whole new race calendar of muddy 10Ks... all the best for 2015.
