Day two- After spending the whole day and night traveling we finally made it to Lima! The 1st set back proved to be worth it since United gave us a more direct flight and we had awesome seats with more then enough leg room! While in route we bought our plane tickets to Cusco only to find out that my bank wouldnt approve them due to the fact that it was from an unknown website! this set back proved to be better cause we were able to buy a cheaper flight and it gave us time to store our excess luggage at the airport( no I didnt over pack, it was all the Christmas presents) so after spending most of the late evening and early morning at the Lima airport we boarded our flight to Cusco sleep deprived and tired! Having once landed it took some time but the altitude hit us! We drank some coca tea and went str8 to bed! Woke up around noon grabbed a bite to eat then str8 back to bed! Tomorrow we explore Cusco as we try to acclimate!
