Dear 1ViZN Team, It’s been three weeks since convention. We had a great time teaching and learning from one another and feeling the excitement of this very young, but up-and-coming company that really is making a mark in all areas of the country! For those of you who were not able to attend, there has been no shortness of content sharing that went on the Team 1ViZN Facebook site. Here’s a quick recap: Training Presentations on your back office by Brenan Davis, Director of Customer Service; Understanding the Compensation Plan by leader Jeff Jenks; The Power of Product Sampling by trainer Will Miller. We have already seen an increase in enrollments and individual organizational growth with those who are applying what they have learned. New Tools – Two powerful tools were introduced: Leapfactor mobile app will help your business grow and Deductr will help manage your tax write offs in a way that has never been offered to the network marketing industry. These two incredible tools are now being integrated into the back office infrastructure and once completed, will be available to all. Tony Xanthos is an amazing man with a wealth of knowledge and contacts for some of the most amazing nutrition-packed, antioxidant rich fruits in the world. What an opportunity for us all to be able to learn from someone from the part of the world we receive our 3 super fruits from. And to add even more excitement, Tony has now joined the 1ViZN Team as one of its official corporate team members! Tony, Todd Kirkpatrick, Doc Sanderson, and I will be flying to Brazil to see the farms and plantations where these 3 super fruits are harvested. We will bring back a full documentary video of exactly how this process takes place from roots of the Amazon to our door here at 1ViZN. (Chief Medical Advisor) Dr. Gary Sanderson, D.O.: If you are anything like me, you cannot get enough of this guy! He has a great way of really helping us understand the need for our products. If you have never had the chance to listen to Dr. Sanderson speak, you’re truly missing out. Make sure you get the chance the next time the opportunity presents itself. Keynote speaker Mr. Kevin Allen: To be taught from one of the industry’s greats was an honor! Mr. Allen’s training, when followed to the T, has helped more people make millions in this industry then any other leader I have had the privilege to meet. We will have the opportunity to receive more training from this great man again and the amazing part is, he gets better each time you listen to him! Celebrity speaker Thurl Bailey: What a thrill it was to have an NCAA star and an 11-year NBA player come and speak to us! He had to learn to overcome fear and pick himself back up after failures and frustrations knocked him down. He also has some pretty amazing dance moves for a 7 footer and man, can this guy sing! I believe we will get the chance to see and visit with Big T in the up coming years. We played volleyball and even a little basketball as a 1ViZN group. We had a beautiful resort to kayak, peddle boat, paddle board, swim or just relax. The resort may remember us for some time, as we were not very quiet. Many are very competitive and the winning attitude came out on the court, even to the extent of one ( LeRoy R.) going up and slamming one of the best looking behind the back spikes I have ever seen but then coming down hard on the court, dislocating his shoulder. The first thing he asked after screaming out in pain was, “Was it good?” Doc Sanderson graciously took the time to put LeRoy’s dislocated should back in place where he then cheered on his Idaho group from the sideline as they dominated Corporate! (Don’t worry, wee got our revenge in the basketball games) Friday Night Meet & Greet was nothing less than a riot! From recognizing our “Fit Challenge” winners to eating and dancing until we could not go any longer. Our Saturday night proved even great than the Friday night party. What an honor it was to recognize the Top Leaders of 2013. It is during this time that the emotions can run a bit close to the cuff. Many shared where they started and where they are now which included life-changing experiences with health, wealth and dreams coming true. The night ended with some outrageous entertainment that many of us are still laughing about and topped off with our grand finale… The presentation to four of our top leaders and earners…. In fact, it seemed like several days before I slept! It was tough to leave everyone and have it be all over. But once we were back at the office, we realize it is NOW that we need to start building for next year’s event. 2014 will bring many new and exciting announcements along with recognition of many new leaders and yes, the big car recognitions…. We believe there will be many, many more cars earned over the next 12 months that we will be able to award at Convention 2014.
