Dear 2014, I would like to thank God for the one of a kind roller coaster ride He let me experience this year. It was really an awesome year. Not the best one but it’s a colorful and meaningful one. It was fun! I had to admit it. A lot of new things happened this year: new experiences, new people, new learnings and most of all, a new and better perspective in life. Even though an unfortunate event had happened during the first quarter, i still had fun the rest of the year. I owe it to the good people surrounding me who supported me all the time especially during “that” time. Now, I’m determined to start a new life. A better one. An improved version of me. In contrary to the usual thought that every end of the year, we need to leave every bad things behind and start the up coming year with a fresh and peaceful mind, I decided not to throw and forget those bad experiences that happened this year. But instead, I will carry them for the rest of my life, alongside with the lessons i’ve learned from those sh*t stuff. I’ll use them as a reminder as to not to repeat them. I hope I can avoid repeating the same mistakes again this year. I’ve already learned my lessons. I know i need to move forward. It will always be a rocky road ahead. But I am determined to move on, even using baby steps. Indeed it is true that when you can’t get what you wanted, something better will come. I admit that Ive lost someone who is very dear to me this year, but i gained a lot of friends after. So I had to say thank you to her. Because of what happened, I met these awesome people around me now. You all know who you are. I would like to extend my sincerest gratitude to all those people who became part of my life.
