Dear Business Studies, Why are you so vaaast? Studying it is like sole proprietorship with unlimited liability. There is no partnership allowed in it plus the advantages of cooperative-society is denied. There is no insurance provided against risk of marks. Moreover, when the marks go for SEBI Approval 40% of it is cut simply. So please reduce your capital market so that were able to subscribe for the debentures in B.
