Dear Campers, We were able to book this 5000 sq. ft. house to make our camping comfortable for those who would like to spend nights in a lodge instead of camping in the woods. As one of those who would like to try camping, our game plan is to go early morning of Saturday July 12 to Sequioa National Park-some camping grounds are on a first come first serve basis. Most camping grounds were booked months ago. There are more than one park that we can explore. Others would probably want to stay in the park until late Sunday, others can go down to this retreat house during the night, whatever is comfortable with you. Address of retreat house 49496 Highway 245 Badger, CA- its about 30 miles away from our park. The share of cost is USD$120 for individuals, USD$200 for families of 4, this includes retreat house accommodation and food. Please issue the check to Jesus the Anointed One Church on Saturday July 12. There are just some things we need to observe and bring: 1. Please bring your water in your car, 1 pack would be great, please bring Gatorade too 2. Light can goods, tuna, bread, 3. Bed linens are important - the retreat house agreed to give it at almost 40% off on the condition that we will provide our own linens, thats fine, its good for our skin, just a little heavier for our cars. 4. Camping tools and gadgets 5. Medicines 6. Your little bible, notebook or smart phones 7. Hats, clothes, your SPF 8. We always go as a group. Our activities would be praise and worship, picnic, DG, hiking, sharing, swimming(kids and teens), sight seeing, photography, devotion, soul searching and a mini exhortation program. Let us spiritually prepare for this camping trip, Wednesday and Thursday are our prayer time and fasting day. We will call you in the night for our prayer group meeting.
