Designation: Front End Developer Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience as Front End Developer Qualifications Required: Any Bachelors Degree Required Skills: * Strong knowledge on HTML,CSS, Javascript,JQuery, XHTML and XML and is able to integrate and maintain front-end code with ASP.NET using Visual Studio 2010 or higher * Experience on HTML5 and CSS3 to be able to design across Web and Mobile and is hands-on with the mobile-first approach and responsive layouts using media queries * Knowledge in iOS, Android mobile and tablet platforms and native browsers * Strong with handcrafted coding to deliver clean and reusable code * Skilled on PhotoShop to create mockups and icons keeping in mind the end user experience * Understands Usability and is able to create rich user interfaces and experiences * Expert on cross browser/device testing and semantic markup * Is aware of Web (W3), mobile and Google best practices/Standards * Experience and use of a version control system like VSS/TFS * Excellent communication skills, written and oral * Able to work independently, has strong analytical skills, able to provide estimates and deliver within timelines * Must be a team-player Key Responsibilities: * Create and maintain front-end code with ASP.NET using Visual Studio 2010 or higher * Perform cross-browser testing for UI across Web and Mobile browsers * Able to recommend, discuss and challenge the team on UI and UX * Constantly learns and upgrades knowledge to be in sync with the latest practices and standards Added Advantage: * Basic experience on ASP.NET and MVC * Experience on CSS frameworks like Bootstrap, 960 Grid System, Boilerplate, and similar * Experience on Analytics solutions such Google Analytics * Is aware of search engine optimisation techniques * Experience on developing for accessibility (508) standards * Experience on creating UI for iOS and Android apps and/or has worked with PhoneGap * Being well-versed with Team Foundation Server (TFS) * Prior experience of working in an Agile delivery framework * Fluent with tools such as mobile emulators, firebug, script debuggers and so on Desirable: * Certifications in PhotoShop and/or HTML5 and CSS3 * Excellent communication skills - both written and oral Interested candidates kindly forward your resume to vinitha@searchlighthr Disclaimer Clause :- Your CV has been electronically selected, based on certain standard parameters.
