Dear Cdes South Africa Forum for International Solidarity (SAFIS)Refugees and Migrants Platform( R.M.P) Zimbabwe Youth Wing (Z.Y.W ) in partnership with Gauteng Concern Community will be hosting a XENOPHOBIA IN SOUTH AFRICA, A LOOK AT MIGRANT AND REFUGEE RIGHTS DEVELOPING EFFECTIVE (RE) INTEGRATION STRATEGIES workshop and we would like to invite you to this all important event. SAFIS is a broad-based platform bringing together activist individuals and organizations around the common goal of supporting, through solidarity actions, struggles being waged for human rights and justice across the world. Objective: To indentify possible causes that leads to the negative attitudes of local citizens against non-South Africans. . Develop a clear understand of migrant and refugee rights in the context of international solidarity. . Initiate inter-communal networks which can serve as experience sharing platforms to combat xenophobic tendencies. . Revived the spirit of UBUNTU through mechanism that allows the appreciation and embracing of South Africas rich cultural diversities.
