Dear Friends, As we move through this holiday season, I want to acknowledge each of you and thank you for being who you are, with all your wisdom, grace, frailties and imperfections. I want to own mine as well. We are each beautiful, whole and perfect as we are, even as we make efforts to meet new goals and awaken our consciousness to the seen and unseen realities of the universe. As we look back on the past year, I encourage you to honor yourselves for all that you have done, skimming lovingly over what you wish you had accomplished. Put on your new multi-dimensional eye glasses and see yourself from the bigger perspective, peek with new eyes at the possibilities as you ‘awaken’, release, and transform the old into the new you. Embrace the lighter you, the brighter, more joy-full more tranquil, more balanced you, even as you accept yourself in the moments of confusion, unhappiness and challenge. I have absolute faith in your ability to activate your full self, to become all you are meant to be….
