Dear Friends, Friday 21/11 & Saturday 22/11: Burgundy & Bordeaux together ! Please join us for two very special wine events with two very special wine-guys! On Friday, November 21, from 6-8pm, at the Chez Greg Wine Shop (Puskinovo Namesti 8) we will have wine-maker/oenologist from Burgundy, Clément Piquet; and from Bordeaux via London we will have wine-negociant/buyer, Ben Jones. Two dynamic wine-guys…. in addition to our own Prague based dynamic duo: Frenchmen ~ Dominique and Gregory. Clement will be showing Burgundy Whites (Aligoté, Chardonnay) and Burgundy Reds (Pinot Noir) from up and down the Cote D’Or (Golden Slope), and Ben will be showing Bordeaux Whites and Bordeaux Reds, all from Chateaux Elevated barrel selections. For those who cannot make the Friday evening tasting at the wine shop, on Saturday, November 22, from 3-6 pm, both wine-gentlemen will also be showing their wares at COMO Restaurant (Václavské náměstí 818/45, Praha 1) on Wenceslas Square (near the Statue of St Wenceslas). Come celebrate these two wine specialists with us; we kindly ask that a 100kc tasting fee be paid by each participant.
