Dear Friends, I need your opinionsuggestions. I purchased Manupatra Information Solutions Pvt. Ltd. CD of Judgments in May 2013, and they were supposed to provide me Update in June or July but they didnt. In June/July I mailed the agent and also to the head office requesting therein to provide me updated CD according to the deal. I got reply from the agent stating that they will ship it within few days, but till date I did not get it. On 13th of March, 2014 I sent a legal notice to the director manupatra for compensation and the updated CD. They called me and request me to withdraw the notice as they are giving the CD but I told them that either comply with the terms/request of the notice or issue a apology letter in my name from the directors desk. Otherwise I am going to file a case of Cheating and Criminal breach of trust along with a suit in Consumer Forum for Compensation. Dear Friens, What what will I do in this situation?? What you would have done in such situation if you were at my place? Please Respond.
