Dear Friends. We need rain in California – rain, snow, all manner of precipitation. In gentle, measured and abundant amounts, to refill our stores yet not cause flooding. We are fasting and praying for rain this weekend. Please join us. If you pray regularly, or if you don’t, or if you just have a hope that God might open the heavens on our behalf – let that hope be verbalized, and join with us. Christ spoke of faith even as a tiny mustard seed being sufficient to move a mountain. Even if you have only a desire to believe, PLEASE join with us and let that desire work in you. I know God is there and that He hears our prayers. This is an organized, unified fast, among all the members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, throughout California, AND any others of any faith or devotion who would like to unite with us in Faith before our Maker. We are all children of God. Faith precedes the miracle, and as Christ said so oft after performing a miracle, “Your faith hath made thee whole.” If you are in a position to make the leaders of your congregation aware of this fast and prayer, please do. So that they can encourage the full membership of all congregations to join in this petition of faith. Thank you, for your faith, and even for your desire.
