Dear Heavenly Father, I thank you for today Lord, Some days, when we come to you, we just have heavy hearts and sufferings. We know we are helpless without you father .for everyone that is having a hard time today… for whatever reason,i ask that you would just envelop them with your Holy Spirit and your loving embrace. May they feel a heavenly warmth and love surround them. May they picture you cradling them, hugging them and reassuring them, that everything will be okay. Lord, sometimes, we just have to let the dam burst and let the tears fall and flush the hurts from our system. Perhaps you allow these times, Lord, just so we can fall into your arms and know that you are The One, that catches us when we fall …you are The One, that holds us up when we are weak and you are The One, that carries us when we are just too bruised and battle weary to even move. may we be ministered to by you. Help us to envision a safe place where we can go to be surrounded by your warmth, joy, peace and love. Lord, please, refresh us. Please give us relief from the battles of life. Please, gather to yourself, all that are worn down from constant pain and illness. Lord, you promise to give rest to the weary and so we are claiming that promise today. We thank you for your compassion, love and mercy for us, Lord….we would be so lost and hopeless without you! In the mighty name of Jesus I pray, Amen
