Dear LUSHies, We decided to halt the sales of Soot Ball when we discovered that it was a bit too sooty and was not the luxury bathing experience that we love to create for our customers. We have lots of other fantastic and spooky products to soak into this Halloween though! We take pride in creating luxury products and your experience with our products is something we take very seriously at LUSH. Unfortunately, Soot Ball did not meet quality control, and we won’t sell any product that we’re not proud of.
