Dear Members, This is a gentle reminder that the 4th Annual General Meeting of the Eastern Caribbean Collective Organisation for Music Rights (ECCO) Inc. will be held on Saturday 27th, July 2013 at 10:00 am at the 1st Floor Conference Room of the Cultural Development Foundation (CDF), Barnard Hill, Castries. Notice was sent out to all members on June 25th, 2013 via regular mail using the addresses in your respective files. If your mailing address and telephone number was changed and you have not yet informed the society, we kindly ask that you do so as soon as possible. We would also like to take this opportunity to remind you that if you have not yet updated the registration of your songs over the past year, you should do so before July 31st, 2013 to ensure that all your songs are in our system before the Distribution process is completed for Royalty payments of 2012 in August 2013.
