Dear PSPJ Friends, A small group of us are planning an East Coast outing to Terengganu in December. This outing was initially scheduled to happen at the end of this month. However our outing leader and landscape master, Mr Lim Su Seng, had prior work commitments during this period. Therefore, this outing is then brought forward to the following week. Enclosed below are the revised dates and complete intenary (I think I spelled this wrongly!) of the outing: Date: 5th December (Friday) - 8th. December (Monday). Therefore, those keen to join this outing will need to take leave on Monday (08/12/2014). PLAN OF SHOOT: 5th Dec (Friday) - 5.00 pm or after work : Drive from KL to Dungun, Terengganu (check-in at homestay in Dungun) - Car-pooling can be arranged to share cost. 6th Dec (Saturday) Sunrise - Sleeping Giant (aka Pantai Kijal) Slow Shutter - Awana Kijal Jetty Sunset - Fisherman Village at Kemasik 7th Dec (Sunday) Sunrise - Tanjung Jara beach Slow Shutter - Crooked Tree at Tanjung Jara Blue sky - Kuala Abang Beach Chk-in at a hotel in Kuala Terengganu Sunset - Kuala Ibai Floating Modque Blue Hour - Crystal Mosque 8th Dec Sunrise at Pandak Beach Pasar Payang wet-market (street / lifestyle) Slow drive back to KL. For the first two nights, we will be lodging at a homestay in Dungun, then move to a hotel in Kuala Terengganu for the final sunrise at Pantai Pandak. Lim will be checking out the room rates etc. Arrangement of rooms can be on twin-sharing basis (cheaper) or single sharing. I will update the rates once confirmation has been obtained. There is a concern that the expected monsoon season will be around the corner and might start by the 2nd week of this month. Therefore, risk is that we may go all the way there and not get any sunrise shots at all. But that is the risk in landscape photography and what makes it so interesting!!
