Dear Residents, Three mid-aged men (25-30 years of age) are constantly seen at Victoria Gardens Swings - time ranges between 3pm - 6pm. This is the fourth time I have caught them, also a red Hyundai Gets with K plates (Ta L-Kiri) is seen parked along the side of the swings. Suspicion and precaution - If these are gangs timing cars coming in and out of Victoria Gardens, we are shortly expecting some kind of robbery. I hope this raised an alert. Ps. Normally only people who live in Victoria Gardens come in and out of this area. Regards Alan
