Dear Shri Mahraj K Razdan Sahib, Namaskar, Last year, I took privilege to visit the site at Ishber where by debit to your pocket construction work for the boundary wall of the Gupt Ganga temple in the lap of the Zabervan Hill was going on in full speed. Your team Kuldeep Raina, Mr.Bhan and M K Pandita in collaboration with Ishwar Ashram Trust is doing a commendable job and I appreciate your selection. The year, 2000 there was no room to rest even one foot at Zeithyer. Ist June, 2000 at 8 in the night, I and my wife were disappointed to see the condition of the pre 1990 Dharmsala in debris. 2001-02, it was a dream come true. Your team headed by Kuldeep Raina was nothing short of the team with Allahdin’s Chiragh in hand. Unfortunately the team was replaced by another team by the ballot box. The present team too is doing its work very nicely though it can’t match the previous team. Bharat Raina is no match to either. He wants to impress people around with the security he is provided with. While Kuldeep Raina was in office, Bharat Raina and his like floated propaganda against the selfless Crew headed by Kuldeep Raina. I had not seen Kuldeep Raina in person until he visited me at Jammu and asked me not to write on the Net in appreciation of his dynamic and gigantic work which no other person could manage. Believe me it was Darshan of God for me. The year 2007, Bharat Raina told me that he had taken renovation of Rughnath Mandir in hand. He told me that he was clearing the site of the debris by head load. He wanted me to visit him with an appointment in advance. Once, when I told him that I would call on him, he said oh: I called off my security and let it be on some other day. The present group hounded the previous group with whom I was involved ( KULDEEP RAINA, MR BHAN AND M K PANDITA ) accusing them of taking money etc. We wanted to work with them but they would not let us. We have created a new group , SMAJIK VIKAS SANASTHAN and are busy in renovating, repairing, getting the land back from people who had taken them during INSURGENCY and have completed various projects in the valley.
