Dear Sir, Madam or Weaselly One-Eyed Monster: Now that Sony Pictures and several theater chains in the U.S. have bent over out of fear and announced that the so-called comedy The Interview wont be released on Christmas Day as planned because of your threats to blow up some movie houses if you dont get your way, I have a very brief comment and some questions. For the record, I believe that citizens who choose to throw away good money on lousy movies should still be allowed to do so in the once land of the free, as we always -- until this week -- have been able to. But thats just me. Now, some questions: If I cant go see The Interview on Christmas Day, how about the Angelina Jolie-directed Unbroken? Too political, perhaps. OK, what about Into the Woods, you know the fairy tale one? And, while were at it, I drive a Honda. Is that all right? Oh, and one other thing, Dairy Queen has a new Blizzard with little candy cane bits that looks pretty awesome to me. Could I please get in my Honda and go get one? Please get back to me ASAP.
