Dear Team, I am writing this note after having traveled to 4 countries in the past 5 weeks. Also we have had great meetings with recognized brands and companies who are reaching out to us so that we can be their partner in Latin America and the Caribbean. As a result of these visits, I am struck constantly by how far we have come and yet how far we have to go. WE ARE ONLY JUST BEGINNING! I am convinced that Aerorpost will become THE solution for all cross border ecommerce in Latin America and the Caribbean, with all of our products (Yuujuu, Casillero or Miami address, and Shipping program). We have come a long way, but there is so much more opportunity and our markets have a long way to go. We are known by major companies, governments and competitors for being consistent, honest, transparent, and for taking care of our customer. We will have even greater success by continuing along this path. However, To be THE company for our markets, creativity has to also be a part of who we are. We will work more this year to encourage new opportunities and embrace new ideas. I am excited by the marketing campaigns and viral videos in Costa Rica, the radio ads in Colombia, the press in Panama and in Chile and across our network.
