Dear Team, there have been a lot of new and exciting things happening here at Corporate Headquarters and the latest change to take effect is our long awaited move to our new 22,000 square foot home in Smithtown, New York which will take place between this afternoon and Monday morning when we expect to be open and fully operational with the Arrow Training Academy and newly remodeled Command Center among other infrastructure enhancements AJ has engineered. This is just another example and testament to the growth and dynamics of the ever evolving Arrow Security as we are never happy with status quo as we continue to be the trail blazers in the industry. In addition to our move 2013 has been a tremendous year of growth at Arrow. Among our highlights: * Because of our growth in 2013 AJ added to the already stellar Arrow Team several new industry experts such as former Suffolk Police Commissioner Richard Dormer, former NYPD Detective Squad Commander Mike Blangiforti and former NYPD Lt. Dennis Cirillo who have provided their experience and expertise and made the big boys take notice when we put the gloves on and took the 1.3M contract at Dowling from FJC and another 800K contract from Allied and I dont want reveal names or contracts until it is official but by the end of next week we expect to be awarded another 600K contract from another large national security company in our region who will also know our name. To support this growth Steve and his team with Teri heading A/P/A/R and Crystal heading our payroll division have expanded services and introduced new technologies and processes to support all of our existing and future partners. We also retooled our Command Center and are proud of the professionalism and training of the Tour Commanders. * Overall year to date the company grew an astounding 30% and with AJ chairing Ten Times Multiplier meetings that will soon roll out to the branches all we need to do is check the rear view mirror to see who is behind us as we continue to speed away from the pack! * This year we won not 1, not 2, but 3 government contracts under our GSA schedule and the hardest part of winning any future government business is having past government performance so the heavy lifting is done thanks to Ed in New England who broke the ice on this along with corporate and government work in your regions are there for the taking through direct relationships with your local government vendors. * We rebranded our logo for a fresh new look which has been rolling out to thunderous applause from partners and clients alike. * We have expanded the Arrow areas of operations with some great, solid, new partners which has placed us in great business posture as we begin to pursue national contracts on several levels and can cover the nation with confidence. Arrow Security now operates in all the counties of NY, NJ, VT, RI, MA, CT, NH, PA, FL, OK, OH, TX, AZ, CO, NM, IN, MI and we have set our sights on the mid Atlantic region of VA, MD and D.C. next. * We are creating multiple new marketing pieces which are expected to start rolling out within the next 60 days in addition to our newly designed and optimized website which will feature partner specific pages and is anticipated to be complete in January which by the way is only 8 weeks away if you can believe it. * Not just to hang our hat on older accomplishments I would like to congratulate the bid team at Arrow Corporate headed by Mike Blangiforti for their win yesterday with the Westbury School District, Mike Brown and Leos win yesterday of Lakeshore condominiums in Colorado, Werners win this week in NYC with Heatherwood Properties and JDS Development and Eds win in New England for the US Department of Labor which is covered in the attached press release that you should forward to potential and current clients as another reminder of where we are and what we do and I am sure I am missing a few other of this weeks and last weeks new contracts and some are the result of Joe Hirschs new branch telemarketing program rolled out in the last quarter so thanks Joe for rolling his expertise in sales to the partnerships.
