Dear Telstra, It has been a fabulous two years that I have been contractually obliged to you. Your invoices have never been late, your infrastructure second to none. I would love to say the same in regards to your customer service and value for money plans. Unfortunately, on this occasion, you are deemed unsuccessful. I regret to advise that I will be terminating the contract at the upcoming scheduled completion date and sparing myself of the financial drain and ongoing bad service. Yours Truly, yet another dissatisfied customer.
