Dear friends, Wow, I can’t believe it is September already! This past summer I completed another class towards my master’s degree with Spring Arbor University, leaving only two more courses. I now have an expected graduation date of May 16, 2015. Thanks for your prayers for this! Well our ministry is doing well in all aspects. We have adopted a few more children over the past summer months into our homes in Myanmar, we have added a couple more widows that now receive assistance through our organization, and several new people have committed to monthly donation giving to In Better Hands. I would like to introduce you to a new ministry house we have started in Shan State, Myanmar. This is now our third home that is located in Shan State. This home is called In His Love Children’s Home. There are currently two boys, Joshua and David, who live in this home. Please see the photos in the attachment. Soon there should be more children that we adopt into this home. Mary is the house mother for In His Love Children’s Home. Mary has some nurse training and is also a Bible school graduate. Mary is a wonderful mother to these two boys and is excited to add more orphaned children to her family in the near future. I will be attending a child trafficking conference in Spring Arbor, Michigan on October 10th and 11th. This conference is being organization and presented by the Spring Arbor Free Methodist Church and Spring Arbor University. I am very excited to learn more from the various presenters on this subject matter that is so close to my heart. I pray that this conference will give me a better understanding of how I can be a more effective person in helping save children from the dangerous streets.
