Dear friends, dear followers, dear citizens of the Republic of Kenya, For the ones who do not know me, I used to work at FC Talanta in the past in the quality of CEO/ Executive Director, bringing the club from nothing to what it is now. Today, the club still struggles because the incompetence in football in this country is spread like HIV in South Africa. I want to show you what is going on in this country and by this way, alert the Jubille government on the way forward. Last year, I was threatened by Senior Football Kenya Federation bosses, jailed and deported because my club failed to secure me the work permit. To clarify this situation, understand that I did not arrive in Kenya through a window but on a plane and that I resigned from Dubai Sports Council and Capital Marketing LLC in Dubai to sign in your beloved country. For months, I pushed to get my work permit done but my club refused to do so because they wanted to put pressure on me and keep me quiet. Unfortunately, I cannot keep quiet in the face of incompetence and corruption. As a professional, I need to stand up in front of theft, pressure, lies, corruption, money laundering. I have three degrees from Canada, Italy and Switzerland. I come from FIFA (the FIFA Master), I have been a professional football referee for 7 years too and worked in Kenya and the UAE. My knowledge of football is extensive and such are my ideas, visions, contacts and creativity. Just for you to be sure of who I am. People in this country talk without knowing what is happening. Let me tell you this: kitanda usicho kilalia hujui kunguni wake. FKF president Sam Nyamweya was elected without the right certificate from KRA. He was at KFF, then FKF and now FKF. He does not know anything about football at all! Ask him the size of the post or the diameter of the line or the distance of the penalty spot. If you want to grow as a nation, you need to get rid of corruption, to get rid of tribal divisions for once, stand up and rise. Football is the most followed sport in the world and in Africa. Rugby is far behind but attracts more money because it is more transparent. This post is not for you to judge me but for the Government to finally disband the Federation, get banned by FIFA (as I have said, I am a FIFA Master and I can deal with that later in Zurich) and finally build a strong base. For this, you need professionals. Kenyan coaches do not have the right certificates, academies are non existent, corruption is rampant, youth national teams barely exist, the administration at FKF is weak, uneducated and lazy. All are threatened by the boss himself. He is a liar and a crook by profession and the people defending him are not worth more. He is always hidding stories to you so that he manipulated you and the media. This is what is happening in dictatures (sahani iliyofunikwa, kilichomo kimesitirika).These people are dinosaures who belong to the past. It is time for Kenya to rise. I would love to come back one day and make this country proud. When I see the JOMA deal at FKF, it is ridiculous. Do you know how it was acquired? Gor Mahia has Joma and Nyamweya being scared of only one person in the country, Ambrose Rachier, asked Gor Chairman for a piece of the deal. Today, Harambee Stars have one polo per player and a kit. Do you call that a deal? With my contacts, I get you a three years deal with Nike, Adidas or Puma for 150 million shillings per year. Some people have education and contacts. I am part of them. Kenya is a poor country and football can give hope to a population that is forgotten. Remember the 2007 riots. Who did it? The youth. How football can help them in a country where the average KPL salary is 25,000 shillings?!Just explain to me. I am calling for President Uhuru Kenyatta to disband the Football Kenya Federation and new elections, as per the Sports Act 2013, to be called. There is one leader who is at the forefront. Without naming him, he is a former professional and is the only person able to run FKF. Rachier? A lawyer by profession and Gor is still an amateur club compared to the rest of Africa. Hussein Terry? Cant run because he has a past with EACC. Hatimy? Same as Terry. Nyamweya? Well, I am laughing. Asembo? He bought his lawyer licence and is now at FKF without being elected. FIFA and CAF are watching. They have all the documents necessary on Nyamweya. They are just waiting for the EACC to move. It is now more than a year these two bodies have proof on Nyamweya. They are busy with other cases and the best way would be the suspension of FKF for the next 18 months with a panel of professionals running the Federation for few weeks before the elections are done. Ideally, elections must be in place by September. Kenya has the 7th biggest population in Africa and yet struggles to do something in football. You never qualified for a World Cup. Israel, Canada, Trinidad and Tobago, Cuba, El Salvador, Northern Ireland and even North Korea participated to the World Cup at least once. Can you imagine this? North Korea? What a shame on you! Being beaten by Lesotho was the worst thing happening. Lesotho is a country of 2 million inhabitants where 40% of the population is living below the world poverty line) less than 1.25 dollars per day). They have almost no structures and you got beaten. Then, they fired the technical bench yet the problem is not resolved. I can talk more, but these words are just for you to understand that what happened since 2007 (KFF, FKF, FKF) must not be reproduced. Nyamweya out means Asembo, Mukolwe, Petra, Esakwa, Mulee and others out. Mulee was a fourth GK at Tusker and is commercial radio announcer promoted as Technical Director of the Federation. Seriously?
