Dear valued customers, we live in hectic times where no one really has time. We perfectly understand that nobody wants to wait in a line to grab a lunch. But let me tell you a story: last time I was waiting in line, it was a big chain serving Burritos :D, I was completely annoyed. I watched the people serving. Behind the counter they had 10 people working, no one was smiling, no one was talking to their customers only that what was required. After 30 minutes it was my turn. I got a Hello and What are you going with. It was a young pretty girl and I thought to myself with a little smile she would be even prettier. Nevertheless, they filled up my bowl and at the register the guy took my money and said Thanks. The food was good dont get me wrong, but the whole experience was not for me. My whole family where business/sales people and one lesson I learned very early from my grandma and my father: being a good sales person is not only having a good product. Social competence and a great customer service are very important values. Very often its the feeling you have when you buy at some place, right? This is what we want to deliver in hectic times with Cielos: a great product, a warm welcome to all our customers and exceptional service. That takes a bit more time, but I think the over all experience is worth it. I believe in those values and we will not change this. Unfortunately for you that means a bit of a wait time, although I think we are very fast :D. Thank you all for your support, understanding and friendship.
