Debi wrote--Hello: I am a rbka and have been for 3 1/2 years. Until recently I have been very fortunate, no pain or phantom pain of any sort. Only freaky things at least to me. I have always felt that my foot and leg are still there. I can flex my foot and wiggle my toes. Weird huh? However, lately I have developed a blister that is really slow to heal. It is about the size of a nickel and it is located at the end of the bone at the front of my stump. I know how I got it and my prosthetist has corrected my leg so that it does not rub there but I have had a hard time getting to heal. Any suggestions? I dont want it to develop into a huge wound so I am really looking for some answers. Please help!!!
