December 24, 2014 (8:00AM to 8:30 AM) - QPPO PIO Staff under PSSupt Ronaldo Genaro Ylagan APD, Kuya Bong Rivera, Mr Nico Pedro III with PCI Jonar Yupio – Chief of Police from Atimonan MPS led the Qzn Pulis @ Ur Serbis radio program aired regularly from Monday to Friday at 92.7 FM Lucena. PCI Yupio discussed the local police preparation on Holiday Season and the continuous police presence of atimonan police in their area to preempt criminal activities. COP informed the public the drop of crime against property through the intensified patrol implemented by their station in coordination of Barangay Police/BPATs. PCI Yupio commends the systematic operation of their ports particulary these holiday season which lessen inevitable incidents. The group discussed the designated areas to where the public can purchase firecrackers; likewise PCI Sillador reminded the public to be cautious and called to every parents to guide their children this Christmas to avoid accidents particularly the accidents in using illegal firecrackers. Chief PIO also called the public to avoid indiscriminate firing to preempt accidents. Pulis tips for travelers and holiday shoppers were aired to remind the public to be more vigilant and avoid criminal acts. Online text messages were read and were answered by the group.
