December 28th. Day 120. I got yet another day of mild water and weather. A few building waves a bit off the shore. But just a few feet off the shoreline it was extremely calm on this December morning. The water once again 47 after recently hitting a low of 44. I realized today that only three days of the 120 have been painful. And those were brutal days due to high winds and whipping, stinging dry sand. I would say of the 120 the three noreasters were edging toward the dangerous while being in the water. Of the rest, some days were slightly uncomfortable due to dropping air temperatures. But most days have been tolerable to downright comfortable. And for the duration of the days I have been doing this I have not faced one bit of negativity from any people who have read what I write or looked at any of my pictures and videos. Everyone has been happy and supportive. There has been some concern for my safety. But that is a nice thing. As I approach the end of December, I can clearly make out the lights of base camp two off in the near distance, January one..
