Delhi Police under fire after Ansal Plaza shootout Delhi Police Commissioner R S Gupta is hardpressed to defend the encounter as not one stage managed by the Delhi Police. We went there because we had information that some young men would be coming there to carry out killings to spread terror in the city. In the end only two people came and they matched the description we had about the terrorists. We did not have for sure their car number or the colour of the car which they were using.
