The intention is to give practical work experience to those students who are in their last year of study (BA Social Work) and require In-Service Training in order to obtain their qualification and those recently graduated but unemployed and require exposure in a work environment.Successful candidates will be expected to enter into a 12 month contract for 2015 Internship Opportunities are available in the following study areas: Social Work – Students registered for honours in Social Work Information Technology – (ND/B Degree: Information Technology OR ND/B Degree: Information Management OR ND/B Degree: Business Analysis OR B.Com: Informatics) Procurement and Finance – (ND: Auditing OR ND: Cost and Accounting Management ND: Supply Chain Or ND: Financial Management Or ND/B Degree Marketing) Human Resources/ Administration – (ND / B degree Human Resources OR Management/BA Administration OR ND: Public Management OR ND Fleet Management OR ND: Records Management) Auxiliary Nursing – Certificate in Auxiliary Nursing must be registered with The South African Nursing Council to practise in 2014 Legal Services – LLB OR ND: Forensic and Criminal Justice Demography/Population Studies – ND/B degree in Demography/Population Studies Internal Auditing – ND/ Degree Internal Auditing Institutional based care – FETC : Institutional – based care Communications – (ND/Degree Public Relations and marketing OR ND/Degree Media Studies /Communications) Applications should include the following : An official Internship Application form, CV with certified copies of relevant Qualification and ID document.
