Depression: taking a walk with the big black dog. I love this subject. As a sufferer of depression intermittently over the years I have a profound understanding of the subject personally. I intend to discuss strategies in an upcoming seminar I will hold on how to manage it as well as gut and total health. I know it is part of my life purpose to help people with this and help them feel loved enough to be creative with it. St. Johns wort is one of the many options that may be helpful to manage your depression. Make an appointment with me to discuss the dosage and creative options. My own journey with the dark night of the soul was the inspiration behind my e book My Guide to Bloom. I will be approaching a publishing house at some point in the future. Stay tuned. This is a water colour I did of my lovely little doggie Nino. I dont often share this as he means the world to me and until now have not felt ready to share it. I wanted to share his image on this post as I want his presence to help you feel more loved as you read it. Feeling unloved and unsupported fuels this blackness. Woof. Woof. Love. Slurp. Lick.
