Military personnel convicted can be dishonorably discharged, lose their right to vote, forfeit pay, sentenced to six months confinement. Though referring to a specific military offense, the same term is used to describe the failing of an elected official to perform his or her elected duty." ..... Maybe if politicians face the same punishment as the military, they might have passed a budget in the past 4 years.
