Devils fans… today is World Blood Donor Day! Did you know that of the 60 percent of Americans eligible to donate blood, only 5 percent actually do so? Only 1 percent of eligible donators in New Jersey give blood. We can make a difference! Atlantic Health System’s School of Medical Laboratory Science will hold its Summer Blood Drive at Morristown Medical Center on Wednesday, June 25, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Call 973-210-7007 to schedule an appointment. Please remember to bring photo ID and have plenty to eat and drink the day of the blood drive. To give blood, you must be in good health, weigh 110 pounds or more and be at least 17 years of age or 16 years of age with parental consent. Walk-ins are welcome.
