Did you catch it??? Is she not the cutest thing ever? Can you believe shes in her 40s? This is why I can do what I do...all these Amazing people that came up with great programs, backed by a company that truly believes that people helping people get healthy and fit is the way we can change the world. Whatever you believe about Beachbody is not important to me what IS important to me is that through this work I have been able to transform my life, I have been able to create relationships that otherwise I would never have and I am a part of peoples journey of creating happy, healthy & free futures. I LOVE what I am a part of...its not a job IT IS a movement. When I get messages from men and women who thank me for introducing them and inviting them to a challenge and telling me how that one decision helped them lose 20, 30, 40 even 100 pounds and that they are now off medication for anxiety, depression, ADHD and other conditions because they chose to say yes to a simple invitation that is what I am a part of!
