Did you know that Challenge A teaches Geography? “Geography tends to be neglected by all forms of education and Classical Conversations wants to remedy this tragedy! All literature and history can be more easily understood in the contest of God’s plan for mankind if students are already familiar with the location being referenced.” (Challenge A guide) Think about how interesting the Bible, history or current events is when you are already familiar with the location being reference and you have a good picture of what the area looks like. How many of us need to look at a map to find out what continent a certain country in the news in on? Your student will not need to look it up they will know at the end of Challenge A. My goal as the challenge A tutor is to assist your student in learning about the world through geography.
