Did you know that most dusts under the right conditions are flammable? Once dust is ignited the possibility of an explosion exists. Certain metals are particularly flammable and explosive. If you sand, buff, cut, grind or polish, aluminum, magnesium, titanium or zirconium (just to name several obvious metals) the dust generated from these processes creates a combustible metal dust. How does your company handle combustible metal dust?
