So does this mean court Fines ok but if you were not taken to court for owning on housing. They cannot garnish wages? And so forth. Right? Finally, were garnishment procedures followed? You know that REQUIRES a judgment (a court order). Without a court order, this clown act is a due process violation under the Indian Civil Rights Act.
