DisneyWorld - Top 5 reasons my family LOVES spending Christmas at DisneyWorld #5 Special Parades & stage shows & country specific entertainment (Epcot) - We get to see the Christmas parade that normally only the people at the MVMCP get to see. The parks are over-the-top decorated and each country in Epcot (or nearly every country) has their own Christmas tradition and they tell you all about it #4 Extra Magic Hours - If you love to be in the Magic Kingdom late at night like my family does, then theres no beating the EMHs during the week of Christmas....the day we arrive the MK is open until 3am!!!!! Every other night until 1am....does it get any better than that?!?!?!? My family doesnt think so. #3 Candlelight Processional - Not only do we get the decorations and tinsel of the Christmas season, but with this incredible performance by a mass choir and usually one of our favorite Christian music artists, we have it all. The reason we celebrate the season in the first place and everything else to boot....AWESOME!!! #2 Osborne Family Spectacle of Lights - We spend hours just sitting there looking and listening. Lily dances in the streets of America and everyone there is happy....how could you not be...No matter how many times we witness this spectacle it never gets old! Thank you Mr. Osborne!!! and the #1 reason my family LOVES Christmas at DisneyWorld is the sheer Magic of the season. We are free from the worries of the world when were cloaked in the magic of Disney. We can enjoy each others company, remember what Christmas is all about for us, and come home renewed and ready for a new year. We dont worry about presents or what we may or may not be missing at home - but concentrate of what we have and who we are. There are hundreds of great vacation locations around the world, but none quite as magical or special as DisneyWorld at Christmas. If you havent booked your Christmas experience yet and would love to experience what we do, theres still time.
