Do NOT underestimate the cardiovascular advantages of the MC Hammer dance!! Had the entire group ex studio to myself while filming Planksgiving Challenge demos and couldnt resist...have a laugh, on me:) Also, some challenging turf work today incorporating a lot of burpees, a med ball and plyo boxes! This is definitely not a workout for anyone who likes to just use machines! Lots of ways to modify this to your abilities, just ask if youre not sure. HAMMER TIME!
