Do The Following When You Inspect Your Property: 1. Switch off the water main as water supply not install yet. Otherwise when the meter is installed and you are NOT around, your property may get flooded if there are uninstalled taps or faulty pipes and water tank. 2. Install your grill as soon as possible to secure your property. 3. Call the Site Supervisor Mr Low at 016-7226581 to install taps and fittings. But even after installation please switch off water main if the water meter is not in yet. 3. Check that you water cistern is complete and got no missing parts. 4. Report all defects in given form and give a set of keys to the propert if you are not moving in immediately so that the Site Supervisor can allow the defects to be remedied unless you are prepared to travel every time. We got 5 days to do this I believe upon getting the keys. 5. Go to the lawyer whom you engaged and give them a copy of the Bil Cukai Taksiran so that they can change the name from Teladan Setia Sdn Bhd to your name. 6. For Quit Rent you need to go to Majlis Perbandaran Alor Gajah at the end of the year to change name from Teladan Setia Sdn Bhd to your name. 7. Remember those roadside plants that you may want to chage as it may destroy your drain in 5 years or grow tall to touch overhanging electric cables. 8. Apply for TNB at Jalan Hang Tuah once TSSB gives us the UTC number. There is a list of thing you must prepare that was given for the TNB application. 9. Smile and make friends with your neighbours.
