They service was very bad and lots of complain from customers (I saw lots of customers comments do not use their service) When I canceled my booking they inform my money will refund around 30 days but over 30 days I did not receive money back. I sent to them an email they said that I have checked and see that your refund is showing pending in our system. Please forward us your bank statement in PDF or JPEG format so that we may further escalate this matter to our concerned department. No show any information for them my bank advised me. And then I send the claim letter to my bank to investigation hotels. Why they refund money to me late? DO NOT USE HOTELS.COM consumeraffairs/travel/hotelsdotcom.html
