Do you agree that Malaysian love eating supper? We can easily find mamak stores and fast food chains that serve food for 24 hours everyday. However, supper actually harms our health. 1. Harm your digestive system. 2. Supper makes your fat. 50% of the food that you consume for supper will be stored as fat in your body. 3. Affect the quality of sleep Sleep when your stomach is full will affect your quality of sleep because your organs force to work when they suppose to rest. Advice: Hot milk will be the best choice for supper if you feel hungry before you sleep. It is because the fat in the milk will protect your stomach and it will also improve the quality of your sleep.
