Do you dread Mondays or embrace them? What ritual or tradition do you have to help you tackle your week head on? We want to hear! One of our staff members uses a bath: I take my relaxation bath in the morning BEFORE my day instead after! I add Epsom salt and whatever essential oil Im in the mood for and I always feel more calm and centered when I walk out my front door. It also helps with winter aches and tight muscles. We cant wait to hear yours!
