Do you have a scar thats hard to cover? Sometimes Foundation and Powder does not adhere to a scar. This is because the skin of a scar does not have many pores and is much smoother than the surrounding skin, this lack of friction means that foundation and powder just glide over the scar, but cannot fix to the scar. Emollient based concealers work better, because they usually have a wax base. This type of medium can effectively "stick" to the scar area. Powder can be applied directly over the product to set.
