Do you make time for yourself during the day to stop and be aware? Do you pay attention to how outside forces influence your breathing, muscle tension and thoughts? Realize you are in control of how you react. Shrug your shoulders to let the tension fall off or rotate your hips to lessen low back strain. Breathe in and out with awareness.
