Do you think camp people maintain the posture they do because through generations and dealing with social difficulties being a man and feminine is almost rebellious so naturally they drop their posture and slouch more. Slack off and loosen up? Which could be seen as bad manners back in the day but its almost like they dont care as they are already rebelling not saying this is a conscious thing im saying could this possibly be how it started.
