Does Anyone Have A Interest In Opening A Haunted Attraction / Halloween event . I Am Looking for somebody who as at least a 2+ Acre Lot who would be Strongly Interested in opening up a Haunted Attraction . How ever I have some serious guidelines & rules that strongly needs to meet my requirements because this will be split profit partnership business & here is the list of rules & guidelines . 1- Must be able to keep all scenes & building structures up year round . 2- must be able to build & expand year round to make the show better each year . 3- Must be able to storage all props & equipment at the location . 4- This will be split profit partnership business this means you will be getting profit split between you & me 50 / 50 , But please understand most proceeds will be going on expanding size & purchasing more & more equipment / props . 5- The Idea of a new Location is somewhere on a very busy road that will simply draw tons of attention & also the idea of a new spot is somewhere that has either woods to do like a haunted forest , or a farm with multiple barns we can use , or just simply a wide open field pasture to where we can do a haunted trail or a haunted hayride . 6- Must be able to help with building & setting up you as the business partner , 7- Must be able to be open from weekends in september & in october from 8 to 12 , 8- I will provide & I have all equipment such as ... Props , Masks , Costumes , Animatronics , building & construction materials & equipment .
