Does anyone find this quote below anything but incredible? “At the time God the Son entered her body, womb and ovum, Mary was under the protective guidance of the spirit. She was able to pass on her humanity to Jesus. God the Son a divine Person with a divine nature obtained a human nature through Mary. Jesus did not obtain a second personhood through her.” Understanding Christian Theology, Swindoll and Zuck, p. 458. If there is a God the Son, that makes two GODS which destroys the creed of Jesus that “the Lord God is one single Person.” I am beginning to wonder if Christians really believe in following Jesus by following Jesus’ teaching, starting with Mk 12:29. Can one “have the mind of Christ” and then contradict his definition of God? What do you think? Note the amazing statement that Jesus has no HUMAN personality, just a human nature! The Person of Jesus remains GOD the Son. Did Mary ever imagine such a thing? Or is Christianity in need of urgent reform?
