Does your organization need help with planning the expansion of an existing program or attracting more volunteers and donors to its mission? Is your organization starting a social enterprise and need help with creating a pricing and marketing strategy? Los Angeles Community Impact (LACI), USC’s premier student consulting program, may be able to help. Since 2005, teams of LACI student consultants have worked with over 95 unique clients free of charge to address specific business-related challenges and create actionable deliverables that have included business plans, marketing plans, strategic growth plans, and more. As a LACI client, your organization will be paired with a team of 4-5 competent, energetic USC undergraduates who are dedicated to your organization’s project. These teams are backed by extensive resources, including the expertise of a USC Professor Mentor and the LACI Executive Board. LACI is currently accepting applications for its upcoming Fall Semester cohort. Applications will be processed on a rolling basis until August, 9, 2013.
