Dolphins and Assistant OL Coach Chris Mosley Reportedly Agree to Part Ways Miami Dolphins assistant offensive line coach Chris Mosley has officially left the team, according to ESPN NFL insider Adam Schefter: As Omar Kelly and Dave Hyde of the South Florida Sun Sentinel pointed out in their Friday report on this matter, Mosley took an extended leave of absence five weeks ago. The report cited a team official who acknowledged it was a mutual parting of ways. Chris was on an extended leave dealing with a personal matter, and he and the organization mutually agreed to part ways, said the team official. That was before word spread of the bullying of offensive tackle Jonathan Martin, and before the indefinite suspension of perceived bullying perpetrator, Pro Bowl guard Richie Incognito. There is no discernible link between the Martin bullying controversy and Mosleys unspecified personal matter. Kelly and Hyde reported that coaching intern Marco Rivera has filled Mosleys vacated spot for at least the past five weeks. According to Kelly and Hyde, though, Mosley could be questioned as part of the leagues independent investigation into the alleged bullying, since it may have occurred under Mosleys watch. ~ Matt Fitzgerald, Bleacher Report
